In-line Vibrational Viscometers

FVM70A/72A series

● The FVM70A is a torsional vibration viscometer for use in in-line processes.
The viscometer can be attached to a tank or pipe with a flange to measure viscosity and temperature continuously and in real time.
● A piezoelectric ceramic is used in the actuator, so the viscometer does not require maintenance.
● The viscosity sensor (probe) is completely enclosed. In addition to its ability to be attached to a flange, the entire probe of non-flameproof models can be immersed in a liquid.
● The probe can be attached to a tank that is being stirred or a pipe with flowing liquid to measure viscosity while the liquid is flowing.

FVM70A-ST

● The technology used in the FVM80A series has been made more compact while still providing a high level of accuracy.
● The viscometer has a 24-V DC power supply, allowing it to share the same power supply as the equipment controlling it.
● The viscometer has the same probe as the FVM80A/FEM-1000V, enabling the standardization of piping design.

FVM72A

● The technology used in the FVM80A series has been made more compact while still providing a high level of accuracy.
● The viscometer has a 24-V DC power supply, facilitating its benchtop use.
● The viscometer is more compact when combined with the VM-200T2 and T3 probes.

*Note2 Measurement condition：At the room temperature using a JISZ8809 viscosity calibration standard liquids, measured with stirring at a liquid temperature of 23 ± 3 ℃ by stirrer or etc.
*Note3 Maximum 10m, up to 20m can be extended (paid option)
